Our Refund Policy
We strive hard to satisfy our customers. To make sure that our software
is right for you and your students we make demo versions of our
software available to you so you can evaluate them and make sure that they
meet your requirements.
Because of this our policy is to offer No Refunds. Exceptions are
made in the event that there is a support issue that cannot be resolved - in
this case we will offer a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
Our Upgrade Policy
- We offer free upgrades within a major version.
- We offer a discount to our customers who migrate to a new major version
of our product.
- If you bought a version of our product and within 30 days a new major
version comes out you get the new major version for free.
Example:If you purchased a registration code for version
2.1 of an application:
- When version 2.2 comes out you are entitled to a free upgrade.
- When version 2.3 comes out you are entitled to a free upgrade.
- When version 3.0 comes out you need to pay an upgrade fee.

Our Privacy Policy
At Beret Applications LLC, we respect your right to privacy.
We will never under any circumstances sell or otherwise pass on your
name and e-mail information to a third party. (Representatives of
Beret Applications LLC are often ourselves customers of other companies;
we feel that you deserve the same rights that we want when we give out
information purchasing items!)
What information do we collect?
When you purchase software from Beret Applications LLC,
we collect personal information to allow us to fulfill your order and
provide technical support services. Information we collect may include
your name, address, telephone number, and email address, in addition to
the HotSync ID of each Palm OS device for which you are purchasing a license
for our software. We do not keep credit card information on file.
What do we do with this information?
Only Beret Applications LLC has access to customer's information.
We will not give or sell your private information to any outside
company for any purpose without your express consent.
We will use the information provided to us to notify you of important
announcements regarding special offers or software upgrades. If you do
not want to receive this information, you can be excluded from these
announcements by notifying us by email.
Review and Correction of Personal Information
At any time, you may review or correct your personal information
in your user profile. You may also request that we remove your
registration data and personal information our system; however,
Beret Applications LLC reserves the right to provide free technical
support and software upgrades only to registered users.
Security of Information
Beret Applications LLC will take reasonable precautions to protect
your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access,
disclosure, unauthorized alteration, destruction or other malfeasance.
Further Information for Citizens of the European Union (EU)
The EU has adopted a privacy directive substantially regulating the
privacy rights of citizens of the countries of the European Union.
Beret Applications LLC therefore provides Citizens of the EU the

to us in the United States of America. By providing personal information
to us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described herein.
Changes to our Policies
Beret Applications LLC reserves the right to change any of these policies
at any time. These will be displayed in this area of our web site. Changes
are effective as of the time of the posting of the change notice, with the
exception of changes to the privacy portion, which will be effective
30 days after posting. Changes will be clearly labeled so that our
customers can clearly see them.
