Quoting from the ESPG website
(http://www-ed.fnal.gov/espg/):
The 2005 Educational Software Preview Guide lists favorably reviewed
technology resources for instructional use in preschool through Grade 12. It
is NOT a buying guide. It has been developed solely as an aid to educators in
locating programs they may want to preview. The Educational Software Preview
Guide Consortium's participants recommend that educators determine the
suitability of each program based upon direct previewing for their own
instructional programs and students.
"This guide is a great resource for educators," said Christine Frauenhofer,
President of Beret Applications LLC. "Educators face many choices with
respect to technologies that can be used in and out of the classroom today.
This guide will help them find the right applications for their needs, be it
Beret Study Buddy: Vocabulary or other applications."
