Scoring
Dice Mania! is a fun and challenging game for the whole family! The
goal is to clear all the dice from the board by making chains of dice of
the same numerical value. The more chains you remove (and the more boards
you clear) the higher your score.

Games
There are 4 different games that make up Dice Mania! The are:
- Roll 'Em - a simple introductory version of the game.
- Match Game - you can only make a chain of dice that match
the value given in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
- Timed Game - a timed version of Roll 'Em.
- Timed Match Game - a timed version of the Match Game.
Rules
You move a die by rolling it around the board (so its value
keeps changing, depending on which direction you roll it). You select a die
to move by tapping on it, and you roll it by either tapping or dragging it
to an adjacent square. You can roll a die left, right, up, or down (diagonal
moves are not allowed!).
A chain has to have at least as many members as its value (so
you need to have 2 or more twoes, 3 or more threes, etc.). Once you make a
chain it will be highlighted for several seconds and disappear. Your score is
updated as soon as the chain is highlighted.
In games where you do not have to match a value, you can increase your score
by adding another die of the same value to a chain while it is highlighted or
by adding a one valued die to the chain. Adding a one highlights all
the ones on the board, and your score is incremented according to the number
of ones that are highlighted.
Dice are added to the board every few seconds, depending on the current level.
Levels are dependent on your score - the higher the level, the faster the dice
are added to the board. Also, when you clear the board, more dice are added
automatically.
Play ends when the board is full (and you cannot make any more moves) or, in
the case of a timed game, when the timer goes to 00:00.
Scoring
Scoring is as follows:
- You get points for every chain you make - this factors in the
number of dice in the chain, the value of a die in the chain, and
the number of chains of that value that you make (the more chains
of 5 you make, the higher the score for the next one)
- You get bonus points for clearing the board
Additionally, in the timed games, you get extra time for each chain you clear
and even more extra time for clearing the board
