License Agreement for Dice Mania

may NOT reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate this
Software.  No part of this software and documentation may be reproduced
or translated into any language, in any form, or by any means, without
the prior written consent of Beret Applications LLC.

Registration
============

The registration fee for this program is $14.95.

You may register this software via the registration page on our
web site - the link is http://www.beret.com/register.html.  You
may also 

Please include the HotSync ID of the device for which you want to
register this program.  Once we have received the registration ID
of the device and the fee has been processed then you will receive
a registration code.

Registered Version of Dice Mania
================================

One registered copy of Dice Mania may be used on one PalmOS handheld.
You are allowed to make a reasonable number of copies for back-up
purposes only.  You are allowed to share this program with other users
of PalmOS handhelds (for example, you can e-mail or beam this
application to other users of PalmOS handhelds), however, you are not
allowed to share your registration code.  You are not allowed to
reverse-engineer or calculate new registration codes, nor are you
allowed to disable or modify the registration code logic in this
application.

Beret Applications LLC reservers the right to modify these terms as
needed.  If these terms are changed they will be made available via
our web site (http://www.beret.com) and that listing these terms on
the web site shall constitute notification.

Installation of this software by you on a PalmOS handheld is taken as
your acceptance of these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. 

Because of the various hardware and software environments into 
which Dice Mania may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED OR IMPLIED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

Governing Law
=============
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
New York, United States of America.

Distribution
============
You are specifically allowed to share this program with other
users of Palm connected organziers.  You are not allowed to share
your registration code.  You are also specifically prohibited from
charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies without the
express written consent of Beret Applications LLC.  Any person who may
receive a copy of this program from you is bound by the terms of this
license.
